Lawyer and businessman, he has an experience of more than twenty years as advisor, senior manager and investor in different organizations, companies, sectors and business areas. He has advised multiple companies in his business development in Spain and in his international implementation, leading or colidering investments in various sectors such as oil & Gas, Venture capital, renewable energies, construction, promotion Real estate, parking or new technologies. Founding partner of Bueno & Asociados, founding partner and advisor to Global Worth Consulting, founding partner and board member of Mobius Venture Capital, president of Full Carga Argentina, executive vice president and board of Directorio de Destilería Argentina de Petróleo(DAPSA) and oil Petrolera del Plata SA. He has also been a member of the Cámara de la Industria del Petróleo de Argentina for more than fifteen years. He is currently a member of the Consejo Empresario de la Fundación Internacional para la Libertad (FIL).

MSc. in Electrical Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Madrid with a broad experience in the energy sector and specialized in the development of both, conventional and renewable power projects.
He has a proven international experience participating in the development of projects in Europe, Latin America and Asia, and has worked for major companies in the sector like Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción, Fluor and Power China.

PARTNER

Degree in law (specialty legal-economic) by the University of Deusto. He started his professional activity at Arthur Andersen in auditing/consulting. He has been attached to the presidency of the Grupo Guascor and advisor and President of several national and international companies of the group as the Colombian COLSANITAS, shareholder and CEO of the Group constructor BIKANI and advisor of other companies like the Italian Finso Energy SRL. He also served as Director general of Venture Capital of the Basque Country and deputy director General of the Basque Business Development Agency (SPRI), participating in more than 100 operations of M&A and being a counselor for many companies (SPRI, EKARPEN, Grupo Blinda, Aguas de Bilbao SA, Mondragón promotion SPE… He has finally worked in the AERNNOVA Group as vice president of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He is currently an associate of IKEI – RESEARCH & CONSULTANCY and advisor of the EUROESPES Society.
