A lawyer and businessman with over twenty years of experience, he has served as an advisor, senior manager, and investor across various organisations, companies, sectors, and business areas. He has guided numerous companies in their business development in Spain and international expansion, particularly in Latin America. His leadership and co-leadership in investments span sectors such as oil & gas, venture capital, renewable energy, construction, real estate, and new technologies.
He is the founding partner of Bueno & Asociados, founding partner and director of Global Worth Consulting, founding partner and director of Mobius Venture Capital, partner and director of the construction company BIKANI, President of Full Carga Argentina, Vice President and Board member of Parafina del Plata, partner, Vice President and Board member of Distillery Argentina de Petróleo (DAPSA) and Petrolera del Plata, and partner and director of Legends Collection. Currently, he is an advisory partner of Moira Capital Theta SICC, a member of the Business Advisory Board of the International Freedom Foundation, and a founding partner and Chairman of Eurolatam.

Holds a degree in Law with a legal-economic specialty from the University of Deusto. He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen in auditing and consulting. He has served as Deputy to the Presidency of the Guascor Group and as Director and President of various national and international companies, including the Colombian COLSANITAS. He was a shareholder and CEO of the construction group BIKANI and a director of other companies such as the Italian Finso Energy SRL.
Additionally, he served as General Director of Venture Capital of the Basque Country and Deputy General Director of the Basque Business Development Agency (SPRI), participating in over 100 M&A operations and holding directorships in numerous companies, including SPRI, EKARPEN, Grupo CEGASA, Aguas de Bilbao SA, and Mondragón Promotion SPE. He also worked with the AERNNOVA Group as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets. Currently, he is an associate of IKEI – RESEARCH & CONSULTANCY, Director of EUROESPES, and Managing Director of M&A at KCE.

Lawyer and businessman, a key figure in financial, banking, M&A, and Public-Private Partnerships in Ecuador. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and serves as a professor at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. With extensive experience in advising banking and financial institutions, he has played a crucial role in significant acquisition and merger processes, including the largest banking merger in Ecuador’s history.
He advises major insurance companies and brokerage firms and has been instrumental in concession processes for hydroelectric projects, transportation, and the construction and concession of the new Quito International Airport. Currently, he is the managing partner of the Ecuadorian firm González de Córdova Abogados and an advisor to government agencies such as the Superintendency of Banks and the Central Bank of Ecuador.

With a degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) Madrid, he is an executive and businessman with extensive national and international experience across various sectors including Tax, Telecommunications, Energy, Entertainment, Real Estate, and Business Consulting.
Initially, he began his career as a tax advisor before transitioning to roles in Strategic Planning and management control at R, a Galician cable operator. In 2004, he relocated to Argentina for over 15 years, assuming multiple leadership positions in both private companies and non-profit organisations. He served as a partner, CEO, and Board member of Distillery Argentina de Petróleo (DAPSA), General Director and Board member of Parafina Del Plata, Titular Director of the Argentine Chamber of Petroleum, and held positions on the boards of Junior Achievement Argentina and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce of Argentina.
Upon returning to Spain, he served as a partner and CEO of Legends Collection before co-founding Eurolatam, where he currently serves as CEO.

A civil engineer and senior manager in large corporations, he notably served as the General Manager at the global level in SACYR, a prominent company listed on the Spanish Ibex35. During his tenure, he oversaw over 4,000 employees and consistently achieved annual business figures ranging between 2.5 to 3 billion euros. Under his leadership, SACYR expanded its business activities into multiple countries including Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, and Qatar.
In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Medal of Merit from the College of Civil Engineers in 2015. He has since held roles as an independent advisor and CEO of Grupo Itevelesa, a leading industrial company specialising in technical vehicle inspections in Spain. Additionally, he served as an independent advisor for Grupo Diggia, a prominent company in urban mobility, electric cars, energy efficiency, and renewable energies.
Furthermore, he served as CEO of Avintia Construcción e Industrial, a leading group in residential construction in Spain, which diversified its portfolio into civil works, energy, services, and rehabilitation under his leadership. Currently, he serves as an advisor to various industrial and service companies.

Lawyer with a distinguished career spanning Argentina, Paraguay, and other countries in the region, she graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Administration, Law, and Economics from the University of El Salvador.
Her professional journey includes serving as a Senior Lawyer at Price Waterhouse and the Dromi Law Firm. She has provided counsel to esteemed public institutions and private enterprises. Notably, she has held advisory roles with the Ministry of Public Works and Services of Argentina, the Ministry of Culture, the General Secretariat of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Nation.
Currently, she serves as the managing partner of Estudio Zizzias y Asociados and provides guidance to the Board of Directors of Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
